My name is Charlotte and I am adopted. I don’t know of my birth parents, nor have I really had a reason to know them. Until I met him — Hunter Crawley and his beyond perfect siblings — who act as his parents. Oh, did I mention he is a Fae? And that I was destined to protect him?
I am a Keeper, which is another term for witch. I was born to protect the Fae from The Society, a group of evil male Keepers, who are Warlocks. They want to find Ember Falls, kill out the Fae, and take over. I can’t let that happen though, because I hold the key to Ember Falls existence.
